Mess in Hong Kong? Chinese has no one to blame but herself

Writing about Hong Kong politics is depressing, as I only write some bits of short sketches in Chinese, Facebook statuses only.

I always ridicule that Hong Kong is a first-world city, with eighth world politics running by ninth world politicians or mandarins. In some bizarre cases, the bureaucrats thought they are putting something that pleased the Communists Chinese, but ended up no one is happy, even remarkably neither the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Mandarins. And don’t mention the massive spending and corruptions on public infrastructures developments .

Seldom local citizens grump about these politics, but somehow feel another weird threat. There is always some confidence crisis going on in Mainland China, that everything is not safe these years, from the baby formula, to vaccine and even moon-cakes these days. Solution for some Chinese is not demanding justice from their government. They just grab a visa to Hong Kong (or/and Macau) and queue for the products. And Hong Kong people is not happy about this, as it pushes up prices, and in worse days earlier, no baby formula for Hong Kong babies.

Through the red lenses of Peking, Hong Kong is always a subversive base. The weak local opposition is funded by U. S. “imperialists”, and always scheming a colour revolution. Of course, they are now trying to quash some youngster groups merely express their ideas on Hong Kong independence.
